Cookie Issue

Unfortunately this problem's solution has eluded me. I have tried changing various settings on our web boards in order to resolve the issue; obviously none have worked. I have not been able to reproduce the problem on my end, which in no way means that the problem does not exist, though being able to reproduce the problem would help me determine the source of the problem.
In sum, I'm stumped. That doesn't mean we have given up yet. It is my duty to get to the bottom of this problem.
There are a few things I would like you to do in order to troubleshoot this problem. Go here:
http://www.sharpsportsbetting.com/chris/cookies/cookies.cgi
The system "knows who I am":
Posting Handle (approximately) Chris Kelly
Email address chris@sharpsportsbetting.com
Password mypassword
Does the system recognize your handle or other information? How many cookies does that page say is on your system?
If the system does indeed recognize you then there should be no problems. Attempt to post in a forum and see if your username is entered (you don't actually have to post; just see if the values are filled in). If the username field contains your username, then there should be no problem.
If the system doesn't recognize at least your username, then make a post in the suggestions forum. Enter your username, password, and email address (optional), and post. Post anything; just post something. Hopefully this will set a cookie in your browser.
Then go back to this page:

Does the system now know who you are? If not, there could be some things on your end that are preventing the website from setting the cookie.
Even if the cookies were working before, changing a security setting or installing software could prevent new cookies from being set, while cookies that were already there would work as they did before.
Before you try any of the ideas below, delete your web browser cookies:
http://help.stargate.net/browsers/cookies.shtml
If you're computer savvy, simply delete your www.sharpsportsbetting.com cookie. Doing this seems to solve problems.
Here are a few things that could prevent new cookies from being accepted by your browser:
The security setting in Microsoft's Internet Explorer may be set too aggressively. When in Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu at the top of the browser, and then select the Internet Options option. Then click on the Privacy tab. These are were Internet Explorer keeps its cookie settings. Our cookies can be placed on your web browser, with no problems, when the setting is set at Medium. Please search the web for help using other web browsers' cookie settings, or email me and I will try to help.
Various anti virus software packages are overly aggressive when it comes to cookies. Try disabling anti virus software if problems persist.
Many ad blocking software packages block cookies. Try disabling your ad blocking software.
If you change your Internet Explorer settings, disable anti virus software, or disable ad blocking software, try to post in the suggestion forum again and see if your system will accept the cookie after you have posted.
If you are still experiencing problems with cookies, feel free to email me at chris@sharpsportsbetting.com, or call me at 702-579-7711. Your best bet is to call me.
