Require e-mail registration to post. For new members, only allow one post per 24 hours, until they have 5 posts.

A few diligent trolls can and do waste a LOT of time of members. With a few more restrictions, they still could, but it will take a lot more effort on their part.

How much will we lose, by restricting new posters? Most "legitimate" new posters raise questions in one post, and won't be hindered by these kind of restrictions.
